iOS Sample Iphone Game..

Is there a Sample Open Source Iphone game out there? I learn best with picking at this and trial and error.

Not looking for a junky simple i mean like full blown sellable game, (Im not gonna sell it but you know, would be a game people could buy)

I want to learn cocoa and make some cool games/apps with my bro but i need a base and Im in HS still so not alot of time or motivation to crack open a C book and start reading from scratch.
