Sams Club Pre-Orders?

So last year I was able to pre-order and get my iPhone from Sams Club which proved to be cheaper since they charge taxes on only the $200 price. It seems like Sams Club may once again be doing this since their iPhone 5 page just went online: http://www.samsclub.com/sams/pagedetails/content.jsp?pageName=apple-iphone5-info&iid=CRCC5289 Does anyone know more information on this as far as how pre-orders will work or if they will be having pre-orders? Also does anyone know if Sams Club waives the upgrade fee? If so i am canceling my Verizon order.
