Samsung 24 inch BX2450 and new MBP 2011

I am experiencing some display issues with this monitor now. The previous MBP 2009-2010 version everything worked fine.

The display on this external monitor is off center, nothing covers the whole screen. I am a grahpics designer/developer and require my whole interface covered.

Contacted Apple, they say it is Samsung issue, contacted Samsung, they say it is Apple's issue. NOW WHAT? I figured I would ask the real experts

It is a totally new graphics card in these new MBP do not seem to function well with them. Has anyone had problems with them?

Off center? what exactly do you mean by that. How about a screenshot.
How is it attached analog or digital.

You connected TB > DVI or TB > VGA? You tried resetting the monitor to defaults or Auto Adjust on the monitor?
