Samsung 840 Pro slow read/write speed?

My laptop is a late 2011 15 inches macbook pro.
I installed the 840 pro last week and install a clear Mac OS on it.
Then the write/read test result turns out to be 100MB/s(write) 358MB/s(read)

I think my macbook supports SATA III, so can't really figure out why it is so slow...
Does anyone know how to make it faster...

Leave your machine in idle and let garbage collection do it's work. Or use Trim and see if it helps.
