I just got a new cell phone with Verizon it's a Samsung A670 and It also had a USB data cable and was wondering if there was a way to make it work with OS X. I would like to be able to send it ringtones and download the pics off of it. I'd really like it to work in OS X since I don't exactly have access to a PC. When I connect the cable to my computer it shows up in the System Profiler as...

USB Data Cable:

Vendor Name: MobileAction Technology Inc.
Speed: Up to 1.5 Mb/sec
Product ID: 2048 ($800)
Bus Power (mA): 500

My computer is a 600mhz G4 with OS 10.3.9

I cant seem to get either of those apps to work. Onsync says conenction failed/unknown mobile. BitPim says
"Failed to auto-detect the port to use. I couldn't detect any candiate ports"
So far I havn't had any luck with either. Are there any other options out there? Does an OS X driver exist so that maybe it will mount on the desktop and transfer data as if it was a USB Disk.
