‪The worst tv ever been made! Avoid a like a plague. The led lights are one strip down the frame while the panel reflectors closes on its self causing blooming effect (black has white spots)

Had warranty claim and they were playing it’s within spec for the technology used. They changed the panel and told me it’s a matter of time for it go bad the same way.

Also, it doesn’t play well with Apple TV, they did not integrate it well so you will ALWAYS have to use their remote ‬

Regrets..

Thanks,

I have been wanting one of these for a while. But this comment (in addition to some of the other reviews out there) is enough to make me reconsider.

To me, it seems odd to label a TV “Pro.” but can somebody explain to me what makes their pro model different than other TVs? I admit I’m clueless. Hopefully it means that the Samsung software is better. I have an original frame TV and I hate using it it. It is so laggy and slow and unintuitive to use just turning it take what seems to be forever. So a similar vein calling these “smart TVs“ is an oxymoron. All that means is they use software instead of hardware to operate the damn thing. Which makes the experience actually worse not better. I also own an LG TV and their version of software works so much more quickly and more intuitive. Call it smart, call it pro or whatever. I just want my TV to work like a TV. It really shouldn’t be that hard to do but…

Yep, they were just talking about these "framed" TVs on I think The Talk Show podcast, and it was repeatedly said that these were horrible TVs, and that the only good thing about them was that they "looked good when they were turned off".

Which is not really what one wants in a television.
