Samsung kicked off its Cyber Week sale a few days ago, offering discounts across smartphones, smartwatches, tablets, computers, and home appliances. Many of the deals in this sale are the same prices we tracked during Samsung's Black Friday sale, making Samsung one of the few retailers to keep these best-ever prices around all week.

Right now, Amazon has the 27-inch ViewFinity S9 5K Display at an all-time low price, beating Samsung's Cyber Week deal. You can get this monitor for $767.99 ($832 off). Another notable Samsung monitor deal is on the 32-inch Smart Monitor M8, available for $399.99 on Samsung's own website ($300 off).

During this sale, if you purchase a select Samsung gaming monitor, you'll also get the 27-inch Odyssey G3 Gaming Monitor for free ($229.99 value). One of the best monitors to purchase with this offer is the 57-inch Odssey Neo G9 Curved Gaming Monitor for $1,599.99 ($1,129.99 off).

Other than monitors and TVs, we're also now tracking quite a few deals on refrigerators, tablets, and computers below. These sale prices will be live for this week only, so be sure to check out Samsung's event before the best prices of the year disappear.

Some nicely priced bad capacitors waiting to fail right there.

I’ll add I have 3 Samsung tv’s 2-4 years old without issue and 2 15 year old Samsungs without issue but know people with microwaves tv’s and other appliances that have all had control board failures and worst part there on back order so if you do decide to hire an appliance repair shop they will likely not be able to help as I’ve been told.

My father-in-law has a "The Frame" TV. He's received various comments from technical people since buying it, about how it's a maintenance nightmare or some such... but so far, his hasn't been a problem.

It is a bit creepy to me, though, that when "turned off", it only ever goes completely black when it detects that there's nobody in the living room. How much of that in-room activity monitoring is being phoned back in to the mother ship?

There’s so much going on in the Samsung world compared to Apple. While Apple being one of the biggest tech companies in the world and so few products to care about compared to Samsung, you have to wonder why it seems like Apple is having difficulties to keep up.

Damn, that 5K 27" S9 monitor at 52% off!!

I don't imagine the Studio Display will ever be receiving that kind of discount.

It's amazing how basically every rep at every appliance store will tell you "whatever you do, do not buy a Samsung refrigerator"

They must be beautifully decorated absolute straight trash

I've heard this at 3 local Appliance companies, Lowes, Home Depot and Best Buy

Samsung makes a nice panel.

Random: my 14 yo has an M2 Mac mini that’s currently pushing a fairly mid 24” Dell monitor. Nothing fancy. They’re wanting an additional 24” monitor. I’d like to hover near a $150 ceiling - willing to stretch a bit for something “that much better.” Any recos from the peanut gallery? Thanks.

I had one and it had a problem where the through the door ice maker would freeze up and stop working. They never could get it fixed properly. I think there was even a class action suit floating around over this issue.

Never again.

TVs are the only thing I’ll buy from Samsung. Their appliances are garbagio.

i’ve got a basic samsung fridge that we got a good deal on. it hasn’t given us any trouble, thankfully. but i’d never buy a fully featured expensive samsung fridge - nothing but horror stories.

This is a good thing. You wouldn’t want resources spread too thin. I don’t want an Apple TV set, or appliances for that matter.

The heating element sensor went out on my Samsung range years ago. Cost to replace myself: $180. Not worth it. My friend’s 70-inch Samsung tv picture went out three years purchase. Stick with the reputable brands folks.

My wife wants to redo the kitchen using Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. Just got the quote last week.

Are you guys *sure* we shouldn't be looking at Samsung??? :p
Check out Bosch appliances. Sort of a middle ground between cheaper consumer brands like Samsung and the high end brands you mentioned. We have been happy with our Bosch fridge, range, and dishwasher.

Another user here advocating on behalf of Bosch. They make GREAT stuff...including their fridges. I'm going on 5-yrs with mine, no issues. Had a handle break (my fault) and they replaced it for me (at cost).

I would have gone Bosch if they'd had a single door, bottom freezer, option

French Door configs unfortunately don't work for my kitchen as the fridge is in a corner

My family has had a couple TVs from them so far, and are thinking about another. We also have a washer and dryer from them, but luckily my dad did not consult me before getting an extended contract with Home Depot for those. I swear HD's lost money on the deal with the number of times they had to hire a local repair contractor, though we were also without washer access for at least a couple weeks once due to those part supply issues.

edit: had to come back and mention that the Samsung TV we're looking to replace with another is about 11 years old, now. Old enough that this November a lot of the apps like Amazon Prime started failing when trying to stream ads, probably because of newer unsupported codecs. And previously, Hulu/Disney were stuck on single-account profile mode because of the OS version. It'll probably end up in another room with an ATV eventually, but my mom insists on a new one.

Never had a good Samsung monitor, and I've tried plenty from low end to high end. Their TVs are excellent though, which is ironic.

As someone who sells appliances, it’s the truth. We’re constantly hearing stories about not being able to get service, or having to wait months for service. I’ve been in multiple cities where Samsung says “we don’t have anyone in that area”, and half the time want you to drive it 2 hours to someone that will look at it. Personally, I owned a Samsung washer and dryer for years with zero issues, but after the repeated complaints from many, many customers, I won’t buy another appliance from them.

It hovers around $200 and you missed the BF deal at $159, but this 27” from Asus is a great monitor for the money.
