So I bought a Samsung external slim DVD superdrive (SE-208GB/RSBD) as I removed the internal optical drive to replaced it with a second HDD. Now the Samsung DVD drive works in that a disc will mount onto the desktop. But I put in a DVD and the DVD Player App will not recognize the external drive. I get the following error message pictured below. How do I resolve this? The DVD plays fine in VLC player but not the DVD App.
