Noticed this video this morning, a newer device than those Jobs showed at the press conference. This phone also has the "issue" that the iPhone 4 does.

You can be sure that this won't be plastered over the world media. The only reason this "issue" came to light is because they chose to focus on the big brand, the iPhone.

It doesn't make it any more or less "right", but as Steve said, it's not specific to the iPhone 4. Yet the iPhone 4 is the one that was tech-crucified by the media.

The obvious fact from that video is that his signal must be very poor to begin with to get such a sudden drop, as is the case with the iPhone 4. Poorer reception = amplified bar drop.
