Samsung Galaxy S2/Note -> Camera Connection Kit ?

Trying to find a simple way to get photos and videos
from a Galaxy to the new iPad.

If I plug the phone in directly via the camera connection kit,
it errors out that its drawing too much power.

So I tried with a powered hub,
no error message now, but the photo import screen never pops up.

Any way to get it to work.... besides iTunes syncing?

Get the Samsung connection kit. Download pics to SD card. Get the Apple connection kit. Transfer pics from SD card. Rinse and repeat.

Samsung connection kit, is there one for the phones, seen one for tablets?

Here's what I am doing now...

Copy to my WD Live server then clip using the ipad's WD2GO app,
and open the clip in icabmobile
which has a move to photo album function.

Would like to just grab them off the Galaxy...

Dropbox?

Beat me to it. Use Dropbox, it makes sense. There is an app for Dropbox in the app store and the android marketplace.

Keep it simple people...And free

Only issue with dropbox is the time to upload and download to the internet.

Found another solution...

1) Run Wifi File Transfer app on the Galaxy.
Sets up a file server that can be accessed from any browser.

2) Use iCabMobile browser on the iPad to download the pic or video, and transfer to photo album.

Tried for a couple small files worked great, will try with a longer video.
