Samsung Gear 360 vs Facebook

Any Gear 360 owners out there? I am having problems uploading a 360 photo to Facebook. If I upload it directly by importing from the camera to my phone via the app, it uploads fine. However, if I imported the photo to the Gear 360 Mac app and upload the file, Facebook simply doesn't recognize it as a panoramic photo.

I checked the EXIF and the tags are there.

I don't think you can do anything about it. It's just how different clients handle files.
