Phones Samsung i187 ATIV S Neo Windows phone?

Has anyone tried the Samsung i187 ATIV S Neo? It is a Windows phone. Anyone have one or tried it?
They are on eBay for pretty low cost.....

I have no idea if Samsung ever updates the firmware on these phones or if carriers give them timely updates? I've never heard of anyone buying one either?

Me either.....that was why i wanted to get input from anyone that might have one.
There is a write up here....it might not be that bad a phone. On eBay for only $135 refurbished.......

Is that the original Ativ? I know the original one was for AT&T and I thought the 2nd Ativ was a verizon exclusive, I don't know why but i thought the 2nd one was named Neo.

edit: I was thinking of the Ativ SE, pretty nice phone actually. Wish AT&T got it.

It is the Neo and was originally on AT&T. It is unlocked on eBay for $135...just wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts or experience with the phone.
