i've been trying to connect my US verizon samsung intensity to my macbook, and i can get it to pair bvia bluetooth but it give me the error 'cannot connect to this device'. also i tried using the usb cable (using the voice command button trick) and it will let me set it up to use as a modem, but not let me get my pictures and such off the phone.

does anyone know what else i can try?

Me TOO!

I have the EXACT same problem with my Intensity. All I want to do is have it show up as a modem so I can drag and drop some ringtones onto it. That's all. If you could tell me how to do that, I would love you forever and ever.
I don't have an SD card, just a USB cable, the phone and a MacBook.
Thanks! ;)

use an sd micro card

insert the micro sd card into slot on phone. It's located near to the battery compartment - you have to remove the battery cover. I just did this. Go to settings and tools, then to memory. From there you can move pictures to the sd card.
