I've just entered the world of Apple for the first time, with a G5 1.8 running 10.2.7, and have bought a cheap laser printer to go with it - a USB Samsung ML-1210.

The drivers on the CD were for OS9, so I downloaded the 10.2.x drivers from Samsung's website and installed them. The first page came out fine, but then further pages, when I tried to print, couldn't 'wake' the printer into action.

The same for sharing it via Print Sharing - the spinning bar stays at about 50% and nothing happens.

Has anyone else had any issues with the printer? I've only had it a day, so could still give it back...

Any help appreciated :D

I've been using this printer for over a year with no problems whatsoever... Printed around 10000 pages on $100 of toner :)
