It should, but a quick google with results from a Canadian mac site suggests that you have to get the 1710 drivers from Samsung Australia, and that someone else had to go to Gutenprint anyway.

How much effort are you willing to put into getting it working?

i have the exact same monitor. Getting it to work in Leopard is pretty simple, and I can attest to it working great. Just download the drivers. Unfortunately, I don't have the link to it anymore, but a simple google search will suffice.
