No physical buttons, curved glass, bigger screen, and so on ... it all sounds like the rumors of the iPhone 5?

..... They're 2 different phones.

Yep, and it's already got features that the iPhone 5 will probably have: NFC, 4G, and a barometer (which allows for faster GPS locks, as well as the obvious other uses). Not everyone wants a bigger screen, but for those who do, looks like a really nice phone. For me the sweetspot in size is bigger than the current iPhone, but a little smaller than the Nexus.

I thought Steve destroyed Android?

The advantages are obvious.

Apple is the only game in town.
iPhone prices rise in lieu of no competition
Apple rules the world.
Customers are relieved of having to choose
No one & everyone wins.
Thrilling.
Can you spell Dictator?

Something tells me that we will see that tapered design after all, with NFC, and maybe a cool sharing feature with the new iPad.

Just no curved screen bull I hope.
