My dad bought me a new Samsung Printer for my PB but Samsung doesnt support Mac OSX. is there any way to use a different printer driver for it? Like just a generic Laser Printer driver? I really dont want to go through the hassle of taking it back. Thanks

Without giving us the model, how can we help you? :p

Did you search this site? There are a bunch of Samsung printers people got working. I hear Samsung has a lot of OS X drivers on their Australian site.

sorry about that. Its a Samsung ML-1740 Laser printer

I have the same printer, and it works fine.

However, you have to go to the international page. For some reaaon, they removed U.S. support for this printer. The last time I went there, they only had a driver listed for 10.3. However, the same driver should also work in 10.4
