OWC's 48GB 1333MHz kit costs $70 less, and OWC gives you a lifetime warranty and actually someone to talk to in case you need to replace it.

Actually it costs $19 more (489€=$660), plus customs duties and taxes (22%)!

I'm certain that OWC does not have the lowest prices, but the fact that they have a lifetime warranty and guarantees that it works with Macs means that I've purchased RAM upgrades from them every single time (even though I live in Hong Kong).

Their stuff works, and I've not had issues with anything I've bought from them.

I bought from OWC my current RAM and have no complaints, but if the Samsung RAM can do the very same for $200 less, I think I'll choose Samsung!

Hynix is another good brand that you can find for cheap on ebay as well. Even with the inflated ram prices, I was able to get 48gb 1333 for $400
