Samsung SSD 470 320GB freezing my mac

I just bough a new Samsung SSD 470 256GB and have a problem with freezing system. Most often it appears when more then one operation is executed at once. System freeze for a couple of seconds and then come back. I run the test using Data Rescue 3 app and here's the result:

Disk is installed in my MacbookPro 15 (Mid 2009) with the latest Snow Leopard release.
What do You think, what's the problem?

Samsung 470 SSD

I have a 64GB Samsung 470 in my 2011 MBP with the trim enabled. Absolutely no problems and no freezing. I did a clean install and re-loaded the OSX.
