MP 1,1-5,1 Samsung SSD install

Alight. So I figured out my verbose error code is tied to the SSD I installed

Now I want to use said SSD as my boot volume instead of the platter drive.

What is the easiest way to make this happen in high Sierra? I am currently restoring my machine to the platter drive from a time machine backup without the SSD Installed.
