Samsung touchscreen with Mac

I have 2012 mac mini with apple cinema display, could I use this monitor as a second monitor/w touchscreen functionality for Windows 8 running under parallels? How would it be be connected-cablewise?

I would be really cautious as the GPU in Parallels is not the best given it is virtual and shared with the Mac. It may work as a screen but I would be surprised if its touch compatibility works.
