Samsung TV doesnt go pass channel 8.1!!! On to the other

Hi everyone

I have a Samsung LN32A450C1DXZA and for some reason if I scroll through the saved channels. My TV can't go pass channel 8.1. I have to enter 8.2 channel in order to go to that channel.

Do anyone have any reasons as to why my tv is doing that ? I'm just wondering if I may need a new TV.

Run the scan for channels again. Your TV will only show channels that it's found in the past. If it thinks there's nothing above 8.1, it won't give those as options. You certainly don't need a new TV.

Thank you. The TV does see the channels pass the 8.1 channel and it will remember those during the scan. It's just when you're scrolling through the channels going up eg. 8.1 to 8.2 the TV won't go to 8.2. But if you are scrolling down through the channels eg going from 8.2 to 8.1. the TV will do that.

Plus there was a recall on this TV but I never got the notice in email through.
