Hello,
I am looking to buy a Samsung 240 Hz UN46B8000.
When do you guys think is the best time to buy (lowest price)?

Just before Christmas? Boxing Day?

Thanks!

Also, if anyone knows any sites with deals/good prices on this TV, that would be quite ideal!

:D

Generally, after the TV manufacturers announce their new rollouts for the upcoming year, the price on the current line-up drops. Most TV manufacturers do that at CES, which runs January 7-10.

I would keep up with places like slickdeals.net during the next month or so.

If you’re going to spend that much on an HDTV, I would wait and make sure it’s going to support Blu-ray 3D (which will be announced at CES). Right now, manufacturers are being coy about which models in their current line-up can be upgraded to work with it.
