Things haven't been easy for Samsung in 2011. After judges ruled against Samsung in lawsuits relating to Apple's iPad and the Galaxy Tab, the company was battered and bruised, but managed to survive. Now... things aren't going to get any easier for the company, after Gizmodo spotted that they were found to have shared an image of Google Maps running on the Galaxy Player 5.0. The issue with the image? See for yourself:

It's quite disappointing to see Samsung doing this, and it will only hurt their cases against Apple in the future. It is not currently intentional if the South Korean electronics giant intentionally chose the image they did, or if someone in the PR department just has a habit of picking really bad images to edit into promotional shots.
