to plug my sd card into so i can put the photos onto my iPhoto application, but it wont show up. i tried installing the driver from the sandisk website, but it was a windows application. i have no idea i even tried that crossover app and that wine something but they didnt work for me. can anyone help me here?

Well, does it show up on the desktop? If not, then well, I don't know. But if it does, click on it, and find your images, Press Apple-A to select all of them, and drag the photos onto the iPhoto icon in the dock.

iPhoto should import the images into it's library.

I was trying to imagine why it would even need a driver. Usually these devices just plug into the USB port and are recognized immediately. I would plug it in then open disk utility to see if it shows up. I use a similar card reader and it just plugs in and works with no problems.
