SAS Proxy?

I cant get to my schools webmail on this new cable modem...something about sas proxy not letting me...what is it?

Not sure how helpful this might be, but I found a forum with someone else having problems because of SAS Proxy, it's had quite a few replys and one of them may help you.

strange...the sites work under mozilla, but not IE
