SATA and Ultra ATA

I have a PowerMac G4 with mirrored drive doors and have just been a handed a 250 GB SATA hardrive...are the two compatible? Is there any way i can plug the SATA drive into my Mac or am i screwed?

Well, I believe there are SATA to ATA adapters, and if you want to go out and buy an SATA card, you can do that too.
