SATA drivers problem in Win XP on Mac Pro

I read many reviews about horryble HDD-speed in Win XP on Mac Pro (3-5 mbs). This is the drivers for SATA update problem - anybody solve this problem, or know a date, when new drivers come?
I plannig to buy Mac Pro & use OS X for work, Win XP for gaming; so, I havent mutch time to wait 5 minutes for loading Half-Life 2...
