does it matter if i get a sata II or sata III ssd for my mid2010 macbook pro? i am asking because it wouldn't matter getting a sata III, right?--since my computer can only do sata II. but, i can still use sata III because it is backwards compatible. but, would it be worth it since sata III's are generally pricier? does sata III have anything in them hardware-wise that would make it a better buy? say, is it more durable because it has newer tech inside it?
