My SATA III cable is underneath my optibay caddy and comes up for air where it connects to the motherboard. Should this pose a problem moving forward? Thus far my SSD (to which the cable is connected) has showed no lag. It has put up impressive numbers in DiskSpeedTest. Thx

To clarify, I left the SATA III Cable under the optibay -- as opposed to over (how it was with the optical drive) -- when I installed the optibay. I tried to remove the optibay to extricate the SATA cable but one of the screws is stripped and it has become an impossible endeavor. I don't think it matters that the SATA table is (beneath the potential weight of) the optibay. Just want some reassurance.
