SATA Port Multiplier for 10.7 Lion?

Got a 2006 Pro running 10.7 and would like to expand the disc capacity. Lots of great external housings out there, but finding a lot of conflicting reports on what SATA cards having working Port Multiplication in OSX and Lion specifically.

Lion is always the "hard one" when it comes to special drivers :apple:
