iM 4,1-14,4 SATA speeds in thick iMacs?

By thick iMacs I mean the 2009-2011 iMacs, particularily I am interested in the 27" variants.
What is the situation regarding the number and speed of their SATA connectors?

As far as I know the 2011 has 3 SATA connectors. Are these all SATA III or is only one or two of them III and the rest II?
The 2010 is the same?

The 2009 with i-Core has, to my knowledge, only two connetors. Guess the one for the HDD is SATA III and for the Superdrive SATA II?

The 2009 with Dualcore?

My intent is to put 3 SSD in them in a RAID 0 configuration, but this makes sense only if all 3 are connected by SATA III.

There's good information that should answer your question in the Mactracker app...
Between the 2009 to 2011 iMacs, the 2009, 27-inch has 2 SATA connections. One for a hard drive, and one for optical drive. Both will be 3 gbps, or SATA 2.
The 2010 has an extra SATA connection for either a hard drive or an SSD. All connections are SATA-2
The 2011 is the only one with 2 SATA connectors @ 6.0 gbps, or SATA-3
The OTHER SATA connection in the 2011 is for the optical drive, and that apparently remains at SATA-2 (3.0 gbps)
