Any recommendations for a USB-C, 4-drive JBOD enclosure preferably fanless (if fanned, an oversized unit perhaps intended for 3.5" disks with a 120mm+ fan)? Not looking to do RAID, more to move a current Windows machine to an outboard Boot Camp setup - so really the most strenuous thing it will be asked to do is to copy the contents of one drive to another.

What kind of Mac will you use it with?

Windows doesn't like to be external. There does exist Windows To Go:

You can find many USB 4-drive enclosures. Get a USB-C to USB-A dongle or a USB-B to USB-C cable if it doesn't come with one.

Decide between USB 3.0 (450 MB/s) and USB 3.1 gen 2 (540 MB/s).

Here's some examples from OWC:

Using with iMac / iMac Pro.

I was looking for something more SSD specific in terms of multiple-drive enclosures. My issue with most of the 3.5" enclosures, and the reason why I was pretty specific, is that most of these enclosures rely on 30mm-80mm fans which are relatively noisy.

Windows is fine - or as fine as it is in Boot Camp - on an external drive, so no issues there.
