sata to firewire kit?

It may require some additional circuitry to do FW, rather than being able to just do a straight cable, like USB. Either that, or it's just not particularly popular. OWC makes clear enclosures though, as a compromise

That doesn't mean that you need to use a 110/220v power adapter for all disks, does it?

'- 3.5 HDD with LBA48 mode for HDD over 120GB'
That doesn't mean, it only works with 3.5" hdd, does it?
