iPod touch Satnav on iPod Touch?

Is this possible? I would love to be able to run TomTom on my iPod touch. Only trouble is, there's no bluetooth. Is it possible to get a GPS receiver that uses wireless and could potentially be used with the touch?

Saw some article on the net about some bloke who'd managed to get TomTom working on his iPod Nano, cant find the URL at the moment...

I don't think there is anything yet, though I'm sure in the future someone will bring something out.

There was some poor attempts using WiFi hotspots IIRC, but the we're just that, poor attempts.

No, it's not possible - there's no true satnav software compatible with the iPod/iPhone platform (at least not yet). I'd like to think that the iPhone will get satnav (and possibly a built-in GPS) at some point - I'd imagine that TomTom would be very keen to port navigator given the chance.

By the way, the video of someone running TomTom on his Nano is a well-known fake.
