save as? help?

I have a presentation due in about 6 hours - can somebody walk me thru the steps to bring up a presentation, make massive changes and re-save it under a new name on the desktop?

duplicate?
then what?

Assuming your presentation software is Lion-aware, then you really dont have to think about it..
But, yah, 'duplicate' will let you put another copy on the desktop and work from there.

Just duplicate the file before you edit it.

I think you still have the save as option because 10.7 is so new. Heck apple has not even updated their flagship office suite yet

What are you talking about? Apple release an update to iWork making it Lion-aware the same day Lion was released...

Keynote 5.1 is all I can think. It was updated on the 20th for Lion.
