"Save As..." in Tahoe?

So, I do not see how to add "Save As..." to the File menu in Tahoe. I've gone to Settings > Keyboard > Keyboard Shortcuts, but there is no plus sign to add it like there was in previous macOS versions. What am I missing?

"Save As..." is available in all apps with a File>Duplication command. If you hold down the option key, "Duplicate" turn into "Save As..."

As far as I can remember, you have always been able to edit the keyboard shortcuts for menu items.

The OP is just confused because the newer System Preferences Settings is designed awfully and it's very hard to actually do so thanks to you-know-who (Mr. Death)

I've added it before Tahoe. I want it to be right under "Save" in all of my Apps' File menu.
