Save Dialog Path Forgotten...

This is probably one of the most annoying problems I've ever had. When on my desktop G4, saving to my file server volume (windows box) (shardedocs), the save paths are forgotten after I've already saved files in this location. Works find on G4 laptop, and has worked before on this machine. Anyone have any ideas because it is driving me insane to save files over and over that are 4 or 5 directories deep?

I've googled this issue, with no luck.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have a similar problem, except what it forgets is not the folder I last saved in, but rather to scroll over to the right so I can visually confirm that I have the right folder selected. Try scrolling over to the right in the Save dialog, you might be pleasantly surprised like I was.

Pretty much the most annoying problem in the world as a designer. I must save 100 times a day, wasting 25 seconds a save....Lame. I couldnt' find anything about this on google. I'm tempted to re-install my OS its that bad.
