'Save Image As' now shows as 'Export As'??

So all of a sudden, when control-clicking on an image and selecting 'Save Image As', when the save box pops up on the screen its actually an 'Export As' box.

This change just seemed to happen out of the blue and until now, clicking 'Save Image As' has always resulted in a Save Image box popping up. I can still save with Export As, but its more cumbersome to navigate to the desired folder and would prefer things back as they were.

Any ideas? Hoping its an easy fix.
