streamripper is what I use, but I don't know about your particular stream.

I've used 'wgets' on simple streams that are delivered via http, as opposed to shoutcast. I haven't tried it, but I assume you could use 'curl' as well.

You could use Wiretap or something similar (look on ww.versiontracker.com) - this records any sound source on your computer and saves it as a mp3.
The thing I don't like about the wiretap approach, and this is just my opinion based on my own requirements, is that you have to be playing the music to capture it. So, you can't capture a internet radio stream will watching a DVD, for instance. Also, any other sound, like audible feedback from the OS or an app, will be included in what's captured.

I typically use streamripper from a cron job to automatically capture a 4 hour internet radio show for my wife, even though we are listening to another internet radio stream at the same time.

Anyway, for some streams or other audio sources, wiretap may be the only alternative.

Well, it turns out that RadioLover is a renamed streamripperX. StreamripperX appears to simply be a GUI frontend to streamripper, which is a command line app.

So, if you don't care about a GUI, save yourself US$ 15 and use streamripper.

music ripper

i used to rip radio sream with radio recorder at :apple: It can download 10 radio channels simultaneously and you can schedule the downloading. There's also amazing amount of high quality web radio staions. For me it works best. it's paid app but you can find cracked version at some mirror websites
