I have one more number I would like to save but not have it as an active line. What is the best way to keep my number but not pay a monthly line fee?

You can probably see if you can port it to Google Voice or perhaps something else similar like Sideline.

Pretty good feature set including 1 cent per minute calls to most of the rest of the world.
