Save more or buy

Hello i'm 14 and am saving up for a Macbook Pro 15". I'm getting payed $200 a month for a local job. Should i buy the Macbook Pro when i get $1600 on MacMall or should i wait till i get a extra $200 just encase i need it.

BTW, I'd check out the Apple refurb store. You can get some great deals there.

Do the one's in the refurb store have the BIG track pad because i absolutely love that.

Look for your self. I always get either envious or frustrated when I go there. As long as it has the ugly black bezel, it has the multi-touch trackpad.

You could always just opt for the anti-glare option.

That's a lot a computer for a 14 year old. The 13 inch doesn't do it for you? you could save a lot of money by going that route

But then it just looks even more stupid. Only the classic MBP looks good in anti-glare guise.

Dude! I'm twice your age & I own the 13" macbook pro. Don't let any one fool you this little computer packs a powerful punch. I have been using it now everyday and cannot be with out it. Because of it's size. It's what you would get If you rolled a Ipod touch & a net computer/ apple tablet into one.

If you can do with a 13" screen, you'll save a lot of money towards a nice solid state drive & 4GB of memory & you'll be right up there with the best of em. Most of all you can save some of your money.
