Hello everyone.
I found this place searching around on Google if it could be possible to save the SHSH signature from the firmware installed on the phone.
I mean, if I have the 3.1.3 installed, can I save my blobs now?
This question supposes that I didn't jailbroke my phone before, and now I would like to use Umbrella to save the file in order to be able to restore later.
It is a theoretical question, as if I would have it, I could just try.
Thank you very much for your help!

When you save your shsh blobs, you request them from apple, apple only sends back the ones they are currently signing regardless of what firmware you have installed. So the window for 3.1.3 closed quite some time ago, they are still signing 4.0.1 (but not for long) and are signing 4.0.2, they are your two options from now on. There is no way to get 4.0 or previous.

you don't get the shsh blob from your device, you get it from apple, hence why you can only install the iOS they are currently signing.

Thank you very much, everyone! It is the way I was thinking but I just wanted to get someone else's opinion.

It's not really an opinion because everyone told you facts. I don't care if you have 1.1.1 installed on your device, if you click Save my SHSHs at this moment, Apple will give you 4.0.1 blobs.
