Save text messages for future use

I use a text message to pay a certain bill on a regular occurrence, it would be nice to keep this massage stored in the iPhone so I don’t have to type it every time, is this at all possible?

I tried to figure it out but I don't think it would work. You'll have to retype the message again before sending.

Save it as an email draft, and email the text message.
