save to delete "from old mac" files?

Hi everbody,

today, I did a clean install of Lion (created an installation DVD) and migrated my programs/settings from a Time Machine backup. After that, I now have some "from old Mac" folders/files - see attached screenshot. ("vom alten Mac" is the German version of "from old Mac" ...)

Is it save to delete those files/folders? Never experienced something like this before when migrating my stuff ...
