view source, do a (command)+F for ".wmv" and copy the URL

then, you can just do a google search for it, then it'll pop out a thing like "follow the URL if it is valid" and alt+click on the link.

it'll download

Do a View Source inside Safari to see the HTML source for the page that you're looking at (after going to that link you provided), then do a Cmd-F (to find) and search for .wmv, and then copy & paste that link into Safari to download it locally.
