General Saving a keyboard that is used per app?

Is there a way to always have a certain keyboard load in a particular app? PQchat for instance has issues with every 3rd party keyboard (chats dont scroll properly). Is there a way to have the default iOS keyboard always load in that app, but not anywhere else?
