i use ms office for mac 2008, snow leopard. i save documents in various files by date order (year/month/day). As set up the latest entries are dropped into the bottom of the listed files. Is there some way to tweak the system so that order of indexing will be reversed so that latest entry is at top instead of bottom of listings in the file.
