Saving documents with Mac Preview Import Scan

Big Question! With the new Lion, everytime I want to scan a PDF into Preview, it makes me NAME the document FIRST and then choose the destination. I find this really frustrating because I generally decide the name of the document after looking at the conventions I've used for other documents in the Save To folder. Thus, I want to choose destination folder first and THEN name the document. We used to be able to do this in Snow Lion.

Any work arounds?
