May not be any revelation, but I didn't notice it before. Mail seems to offer two ways of saving attachments.
Option One: (as below)
Someone sends me an email with a photo, it gives the usual "Save to Camera Roll"
Option Two: (as below)
Someone sends me an email with a pdf, it gives option to "Save image" or "Save Two Images" - I cannot seem to see where it saves them too however
